The motel is a four unit building consisting of three "motel type" units that face the lake and a two bedroom apartment that faces the woods. The motel type units include a refrigerator and the apartment includes a kitchenette.
All motel rooms include one queen, a rollaway and a refrigerator. Maximum of 3 persons per unit.
The two bedroom apartment includes Queen beds in each room, hide-a-bed, and kitchenette. Forest-side. Maximum of 6 persons.
