Cabins 1, 2 and 3

    All rates are reference only and subject to change without notice due to seasonal and occupancy variations. Rates are NOT guaranteed until reservations are made.

  • Each additional person age 13 or older is $10 per night.
  • Children 12 and under stay free with parents.
  • One night's lodging deposit required to be applied to any unused night of reservation.
  • Requirements regarding minimum length of stay vary by type of unit and time of year.
  • All of our units are smoke free!
  • Pets are allowed in some units. There is a $10 fee per night per pet.

Senior Citizen Discount
One person must be 60 or older.
 
  • Additional discounts for longer stays
    -- $40 off for a 4 night stay
    -- $50 off for a 5 night stay
    -- $60 off for a 6 night stay
    -- $100 or free night off for a 7 night stay (whichever is less)
    The discounts above are Not available during Fall and Spring Budget Seasons.
  • 10% discount coupon for meals in restaurant if staying 3 or more nights.
     
    Check-in is any time after 1:00 p.m. except for the Cascade House, which is 3:00 p.m.
    Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

    ~ We have a three night minimum on most holidays ~

    INDIVIDUAL ROOM DEPOSIT AND REFUND POLICY

    Upon booking, a room deposit is taken in the amount of your first night's stay for the selected unit(s). This deposit applies to any night of the reservation that is not used.

    A full refund, minus $18.00 per room credit card processing fee, will be given on cancellations made more than two weeks prior to the date of the reservation, if the reservation is less than six days in length. If the reservation is for six or more days, a cancellation must be made thirty days prior to the reservation to qualify for a full refund minus $18.00.

    No refund will be given for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the date of the reservation. If your reservation is for six or more days, no refund will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the date of the reservation.
